⛴️ Boarding Procedures

Passengers traveling on foot must arrive at the port at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Passengers traveling with a vehicle must arrive at the port at least 2 hours before departure.

🧾 Reservation

All ferry tickets are issued on a personal basis and are non-transferable. Tickets are valid only for the route and category specified on the ticket.

🗓️ Reservation Changes

• Date and time change requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours in advance.
• Change requests are accepted only by email; requests via other communication channels will not be processed.
• Each passenger is entitled to one change request only.
• Availability is subject to the ferry operator and cannot be guaranteed.

⏱️ Schedule Changes & Delays

Schedules may be changed or cancelled due to approvals from the Hellenic Ministry of Maritime Affairs, port authority restrictions, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure.

Notifications regarding schedule changes are provided by ferry operators via SMS, email, or customer service calls. FeribotBiletim.com does not assume responsibility for such changes.

❌ Ticket Cancellation

• Ferry tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Each ferry operator may apply different cancellation or change policies.
• In exceptional cases, passengers may contact FeribotBiletim.com or the operating ferry company.
• Refund conditions depend solely on the ferry operator’s policies and are not under FeribotBiletim.com’s responsibility.

📋 Passenger List

In accordance with EU Directive 98/41, passenger information must be recorded for safety purposes.

• First letter of passenger’s first name and full surname
• Gender
• Age category (adult, child, infant)
• Vehicle type and license plate (if applicable)

💶 Pricing & Discounts

• Ticket prices include transportation and applicable taxes only.
• Food and beverages onboard are not included.
• Discount eligibility documents must be presented during reservation and check-in.
• Discount requests made after ticket issuance are not valid.

👶 Children & Infants

• Tickets are required for children and infants.
• Age categories may vary depending on the ferry operator and route.
• Pricing is determined based on passport and birth date verification.

🛡️ Vessel Safety

• Ferry operators are not responsible for losses or damages occurring during loading or travel.
• Carrying weapons, hazardous, flammable or explosive materials onboard is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are not permitted to remain in open deck areas on high-speed ferries.

🧳 Luggage

Passengers may leave their luggage inside vehicles. As access to vehicle decks is restricted during the voyage, passengers should take all necessary personal belongings with them. Ferry operators are not responsible for lost items.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed in passenger seating areas.
• Passengers are responsible for their pets’ care, hygiene and required health documents.
• Transporting pets onboard is free of charge.

• The official currency used for ferry travel is EURO.
• Passengers must comply with port, customs and health regulations.
