🧾 Travel Reservation

• Fares cover maritime transportation only; onboard food and beverages are excluded.
• Port taxes inclusion is communicated during reservation.
• Infant travel may be free or subject to port taxes depending on the operator.
• Round-trip tickets require clearly specified departure and return dates.
• If traveling with different operators, tickets must be purchased as one-way.
• Discounted tickets for Greek domestic or Greece–Italy routes apply only for same-operator round trips.
• Passengers with Macedonia or TRNC stamps in their passports may be denied entry.

💳 Payment Information

• Payments are made online by credit card (Visa / MasterCard).
• If travel date is within 14 days, payment is collected immediately.
• If more than 14 days remain, a “pay later” option is available.
• Final payment deadline is 5 days before departure.
• Unpaid pre-reservations are automatically cancelled.
• Vehicle reservations require confirmation before payment.

❌ Cancellation & Open Ticket Policy

• Cancellation and refund periods vary by operator.
• No refunds apply after the allowed cancellation period.
• In mandatory cancellations, alternative routes or refunds may apply.
• Open tickets are valid up to 6 months after the last sailing of the ticketed year.
• Availability for open tickets is not guaranteed.
• No-Show cases are non-refundable.
• Passengers must notify via email at least 48 hours before activating an open ticket.
